Definitions
Cash Bar: The guests pay for their own drinks.
Pre-Purchased Drink Tickets: Beer and Wine, Select Bar, Premium Bar, and Ultra-Premium Bar drink tickets may be purchased in advance to be distributed to the guests. The tickets may also be redeemed for sodas, juices and bottled water.
NO CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED FOR UNUSED TICKETS
Hosted Open Bar: Beer and Wine, Select Bar, Premium Bar and Ultra Premium Bar. All drinks are paid for by the host of the event based on a per person (those who are of drinking age), per hour basis (Includes Mixers, Sodas and Juices).
Hosted Consumption Bar: Beer and Wine, Select Bar, Premium Bar, and Ultra Premium Bar. All drinks are paid for by the host of the event, on a per drink basis (all drink quantities will be tracked and recorded by the banquet bartender). A credit card must be provided prior to the event. Charges will be applied to the card at the end of the function. A bartender fee of $85.00 per hour will be applied to the total charges.
In Cooperation with Florida State Law, we are restricted in our use of glass in the swimming pool areas. We will use superior quality acrylic glassware and place settings in those areas.
