WEST PALM BEACH, FL (August 7, 2007) – Tranquility Bay Beach Resort and the Butterfly Café feature prominently in Automotivetraveler.com’s recent article, “Around the Keys in Four Days.” Photojournalist Mark Elias describes the resort, highlighting a favorite Tranquility Bay’s feature: “After check-in, it was time for one of the Key’s patented “sunset celebrations.” A near-daily occurrence, it revolves around the hotel’s beachside tiki-bar, where a United Nation’s worth of international guests gather with newly made acquaintances to listen to live island-inspired music and bask in the glow of the receding daylight.”

WILMINGTON, N.C. (July 1, 2007) - Living Southern Style & Ideal Destinations Magazines named Tranquility Bay Beach House Resort one of the "Top 100" resort and retirement amenity communities in the recent summer issue. This honor was based on specific criteria, including at least three of these major amenities: golf, tennis, swimming, walking trails, marina, clubhouse, and fitness center; owner/resident testimonials and the appropriate status with the federal Housing & Urban Development Administration.

MARATHON, Florida Keys (March 5, 2007) - Tranquility Bay Beach House Resort recently installed a leading edge wireless Internet system that will provide guests with complete, seamless wireless access anywhere on the resort's property. Tranquility Bay teamed with Comcast Corporation's new service, HospitalityONE, and BelAir Networks to become the first resort in Florida to implement this technology.

Marathon's Tranquility Bay
Marathon and its Seven Mile Bridge have always stood in the Florida Keys as a mid-point beacon for travelers on the Overseas Highway. A crucial staging hub for building Henry Flagler’s great railroad adventure to Key West in the early 1900s, the town a decade ago had fallen a bit down on its luck as trendier locales like Islamorada and certainly Key West soared ahead in popularity and construction.

Marathon, Florida Keys (October 10, 2005) - Tranquility Bay, the newest luxury beach house resort in the Florida Keys, is adding an exclusive "No Fish, No Pay" Full Day policy to its signature Adventure Fishing Program. Under the policy, resort guests who book a day charter and don't catch fish while aboard a Tranquility Bay Deluxe Fishing Package charter boat will not pay for the charter, only the customary 10% tip per person to the captain and mate.
